What you will do
- Onboard new farmers to the Kheyti greenhouse program.
- Train the onboarded farmers on the maintenance of Greenhouse and protected cultivation.
- Resolve farmers’ agronomy-related queries and ensure the highest degree of customer satisfaction.
- Improve inbound and outbound farmer engagement by Tele-calling and coordinating field visits and campaigns to increase awareness of best practices.
- Farmer database maintenance.
- Work closely with senior agronomists to provide input recommendations.
- Ensure warehousing and timely delivery of inputs to farmers.
Ideal persona
Qualifications
- Bsc/Msc in Agriculture or Horticulture
- Enthusiastic about expansion and local mobility
- Knowledge of horticulture/crop management
Attitudes / Ambitions
- Passionate about bringing a revolution in the traditional agricultural systems and practices.
- Eagerness to learn and explore more about Agronomy or Horticulture and contribute to the vision and mission of the company.
