Job Description :
- Preparation of production plans
- Capacity building of FPOs/Farmer groups/Farmers.
- Training needs identification, to develop training modules, and conduct training and workshops.
- Assist in regular interface with stakeholders like various Government Departments, Financial
Institutions, Training, Technology, Research and Development Institutions at the cluster level.
Crop production technologies - Membership enrolment and share capital mobilization as per SFAC/NCDC/NABARD-TS-CSS
deliverable within the scheduled period. - Validate farming fields through field visits and recommend necessary inputs.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Degree in agriculture or related field.
- Experience in agricultural planning, training, and stakeholder engagement.
- Proficiency in crop production technologies.
- Ability to develop training modules, conduct workshops, and manage membership and capital mobilization.
- Capable of field validation, recommending farming inputs, and ensuring timely deliverables.
- Experience interfacing with government departments, financial institutions, and research organizations at cluster levels.
- Strong communication skills, and adaptability to evolving agricultural practices, and technologies.
