  • Centre for Social Innovation (CSI): exists to nudge top talent to solve India’s biggest challenges

About TASF:

The TASF team is aiming to improve the lives of smallholder farmers by increasing their income sustainably. We plan to identify innovative sustainable farming solutions that can be scaled through an ecosystem approach. The work at TASF will involve identifying such solutions, evaluating the feasibility, conducting pilots, generating evidence, and thinking of pathways to scale the solutions. The TASF team will also enable an ecosystem that supports such efforts and addresses ecosystem barriers as they arise.

Please go through this website and read the various reports the team has published till now.

We are looking for a Senior Manager who has an interest in the agriculture space and its potential to make an impact in smallholder farmers’ lives.

They should be able to assess different types of agricultural solutions and run pilots with the field team and partner organisations to evaluate the solution’s impact. The person should be able to manage relationships with a core group of partners, enjoy working in the field to test out solutions and refine them, and will like working in a start-up environment.

There will also be the potential to work in other areas – from doing impact assessment (value to the farmer) to engaging with the ecosystem to building the knowledge/database about this target group and our core areas of interest.

This is an opportunity to see how one can transform the lives of small farmers by doing on-ground pilots and experiments.
