Responsibilities:

• Leadership and Management:
• Provide strategic leadership and direction for all agriculture operations.
• Oversee and manage cross-functional teams involved in marketing, operations, sales, production, and training.
• Business Development:
• Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability.
• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets.
• Mushroom Cultivation and Organic Farming:
• Lead and optimize mushroom cultivation and organic farming operations.
• Ensure the adoption of sustainable and organic practices.
• Beekeeping and Agriculture Product Development:
• Manage beekeeping and agriculture product development activities.
• Contribute to the creation of innovative agricultural products.
• Soil Science and Agri-Business Management:
• Oversee soil science initiatives and agri-business management strategies.
• Analyze market trends and contribute to business expansion plans.
• Organic Fertilizer Production and Vertical Farming:
• Lead organic fertilizer production processes.
• Implement and manage vertical farming systems for efficient crop production.
• Medicinal Herbs Production and Seed Production & Marketing:
• Oversee medicinal herbs production and seed marketing.
• Contribute to strategies for expanding seed markets.
• Hydroponic Farming and Aquaponics:
• Lead hydroponic farming operations and optimize aquaponics systems.
• Ensure efficient production and sustainability in hydroponic and aquaponic systems.
• Precision Agriculture Technology:
• Oversee the implementation of precision agriculture technologies.
• Stay updated on advancements and integrate new technologies.
