Roles and Responsibilities

This is a full-time on-site role as an Agriculture Advisor.

• Provide technical expertise on crop protection products to farmers on call.
• Analyse data to make informed recommendations, and assist farmers in implementing best agricultural practices.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication skills.
• Increasing and managing sales
• Focus on customer experience is a must!

Desired Candidate Profile

• B.Sc (Agriculture) degree from a recognized university.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in agriculture marketing, agronomy, horticulture, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of agricultural practices, including pest management techniques.
• Excellent communication skills for effective customer interaction.
• Deep knowledge and experience in agriculture and farming practices
• Excellent soft skill and experience in handling customer calls
• Experience in analyzing and interpreting agricultural data
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with farmers

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

• Yearly bonus
