Location Preference:
Only candidates from Tamil Nadu and Kerala (Tamil language proficiency required to manage local labor teams).

Skills Required:

  • Hands-on experience in coffee and spice cultivation practices.
  • Ability to manage and supervise farm workers (full-time and seasonal).
  • Good understanding of organic farming standards and certification procedures.
  • Ability to prepare daily and seasonal work plans (planting, harvesting, maintenance).
  • Capability to inspect crops, monitor soil and water quality, and report findings.
  • Knowledge of seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, and farm supply management.
  • Planning for equipment repairs, maintenance, and replacement.
  • Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, particularly with local labor teams.
  • Basic proficiency in computer usage (record-keeping, reporting).
  • High ethical standards, confidentiality, and personal integrity.

Education:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture or related fields.
  • Certification in Farm Management (preferred but not mandatory).

Experience:

  • 2–4 years of practical, hands-on farm supervision experience in farms.
  • Experience with farms holding organic certifications is preferred but not essential.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage field operations effectively.
  • Familiarity with farm compliance documentation and audits.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
