Employment Status : Intermittent Deployment of upto 46 days from present to October 2024.
Scope of work:
- Situational assessment of the agriculture sector in one state of India (agriculture portfolio, institutional structure and governance mechanism, programs and policies, etc.)
- Consultation with various stakeholders to seek feedback on the work that we undertake as a part of the project
Requirements:
- Education/training: Post Graduate degree in Agricultural Sciences / Agricultural Economics/ relevant subject
- Language: Good business language skills in English and Hindi
- General professional experience: 12 years of professional experience in Agriculture and allied sectors/using qualitative and quantitative methods to assess benefits and impacts
- Specific professional experience: 8 years of experience of working in agriculture policies and programme implementation. Experience working in women empowerment in agriculture is desirable.
- Regional experience: 7 years of experience in projects in identified states
- Development cooperation (DC) experience: 5 years of working experience on DC projects
