Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Area Manager at Kinegic Bio Crop Science Pvt Ltd. The Area Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the operations of a specific geographic region. This will include providing leadership, guidance, support, and direction to the sales team and ensuring that targets and objectives are met. Develop a new clientele base in the given area. Ensuring timely collection of payments payable from the distributors/retailers and adherence to the timeline to clear outstanding payments payable from the distributors. The Area Manager will also be responsible for analyzing market trends, identifying growth opportunities, and developing and implementing strategic plans. Manage & submit annual sales planning, and distributor-wise monthly sales plans. Managing monthly demand planning and forecasting of distributor-wise sales volumes. Identify and map key geographies, key crops, and crop cycles from sow-to-harvest. Daily & weekly reporting of Sales & Collections. Reporting of monthly progress report of the sales volumes of the distributors.

- Strong Customer Service and Interpersonal skills.
- Sales and Marketing Experience.
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills.
- Excellent Analytical and Strategic thinking abilities.
- Experience in the Agriculture industry.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture, Business or a related field.
- Fluency in local languages spoken in the Area to be managed.
- Experience in managing a team.
- Ability to work independently and remotely.
Experience
Should have 3-6 Years of experience in handling sales & distribution of fertilizer, pesticide and growth promoters of different crops in the assigned area of a reputed organization.
