Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Area Manager at Kinegic Bio Crop Science Pvt Ltd. The Area Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the operations of a specific geographic region. This will include providing leadership, guidance, support, and direction to the sales team and ensuring that targets and objectives are met. Develop a new clientele base in the given area. Ensuring timely collection of payments payable from the distributors/retailers and timeline adherence to clear outstanding payments payable from the distributors. The Area Manager will also analyse market trends, identify growth opportunities, and develop and implement strategic plans. Manage & submit annual sales planning, and distributor monthly sales plans. managing monthly demand planning and forecasting of distributor-wise sales volumes. Identify and map key geographies, key crops, and crop cycles from sow-to-harvest. Daily & weekly reporting of Sales & Collections. Reporting of monthly progress report of the sales volumes of the distributors.

- Strong Customer Service and Interpersonal skills.
- Sales and Marketing Experience.
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills.
- Excellent Analytical and Strategic thinking abilities.
- Experience in the Agriculture industry.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture, Business or a related field.
- Fluency in local languages spoken in the Area to be managed.
- Experience in managing a team.
- Ability to work independently and remotely.
Experience
Should have 3-6 Years of experience of handling sales & distribution of fertilizer, pesticide and growth promoter of different crops in the assigned area of a reputed organization.
