RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE REQUIRED POSITION:

• Identify, appoint, and manage distributors in the assigned area. Establish strong relationships with distributors to ensure effective product distribution.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales target assigned by the management.
• Stay updated on market trends, competition, and customer needs. Use market insights to make informed decisions and adjust sales strategies as needed.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including Distributors, Dealers, Retailers & farmers. Understand their needs and provide solutions to drive customer loyalty.
• Planned and executed marketing, development and promotional activities to increase brand visibility and product awareness in the area through field day, crop shows and farmer meetings.
• Prepare regular reports and provide insights to management on sales performance, development activities, market trends, and challenges faced.
• Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of the team on the field and responsible for supervising & leading the team.
• Review, monitoring & capability building of the Team.
• Assess the training requirements of the team members and organize training.
• Implementing the tasks assigned by the Management

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Must have an Agriculture background –understanding of Agriculture markets and crop life cycle.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture Compulsory
• Post Graduate Degree (MBA) in Ag Business, Business and Marketing will be preferred.
• Excellent management, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Minimum 5 years experience with a proven track record of success.
• Location- Hoshangabad ( M.P)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹800,000.00 – ₹900,000.00 per year
