Job Description
The role is to create a team of outstanding sales executives and effectively lead, manage, and coach them toward achieving sales targets
- Manage the activities of Agri & FI vertical in the assigned territory and ensure they are aligned with Bank’s strategic goals and objectives
- Ensure compliance with Regulatory requirements relating to Agriculture lending and comply with the PSL guidelines
- Own the annual budget of the team and review adherence on a monthly basis to ensure the delivery of the team on the budgeted lines
- Oversee quality initiatives across the operations team for optimization of processes in order to improve TAT
