Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Farm Manager at Farmour India located in Kashipur. The Farm Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations on the farm, including irrigation, crop planning and production. The Farm Manager will also be responsible for managing a team of employees and ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Qualifications
- Irrigation and Farm Management skills
- Basics of plant agronomy
- Agriculture and Farm knowledge
- Should be comfortable using Microsoft Excel and Office
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make swift decisions
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Agriculture or related field
- Experience in managing a team is preferred
