**Job Description:**
We seek a highly motivated and experienced Agriculture Business Development Officer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should possess an MBA in Agriculture with at least 5 years of relevant experience. The primary responsibility of this role is to identify and cultivate business opportunities, particularly in the context of Multi-Level Marketing (MLM) companies within the agriculture sector.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Market Research and Analysis:**
– Conduct thorough market research to identify potential MLM companies in the agriculture sector.
– Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
2. **Business Pitching:**
– Develop and deliver compelling pitches to new MLM companies, showcasing the value proposition of our agricultural products and services.
– Create persuasive presentations and proposals tailored to the needs of prospective clients.
3. **Relationship Building:**
– Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within MLM companies.
– Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
4. **Business Development:**
– Drive the development of new business opportunities and partnerships in alignment with organizational goals.
– Implement strategies to expand the company’s footprint within the MLM segment.
5. **Negotiation and Closure:**
– Lead negotiations with potential partners, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
– Close deals in a positive and effective manner, meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
6. **Strategic Planning:**
– Work closely with the leadership team to develop and implement strategic plans for business growth.
– Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis and industry knowledge.
**Qualifications:**
– MBA in Agriculture or related field.
– Minimum of 5 years of experience in agriculture business development.
– Proven track record of successfully pitching and closing deals with MLM companies.
– In-depth knowledge of the agriculture industry and MLM business models.
