    The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. He should be able to think critically and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.

     

    Responsibilities:

    Product Sales to relevant stakeholders across the entire Agri-Supply Chain.

    Do primary and secondary market research on quality assessment of agri-output

    Sketch the detailed Agri-supply chain of the ecosystem with an analysis of each and every stakeholder

    Identify the gaps in the existing supply chain with respect to quality assessment

    Find the Indian, worldwide and new opportunity market size of quality assessment

    Model Agri-output wise opportunities

    Most importantly, do customer profiling and pitch the product to them

    Get product/machine benchmarking and calibration done

    Procure samples and quality standards from diverse places for quantity inspection

    Take the technical product in the market and take the feedback from users

    Proactively generate the required product feedback from different stakeholders and actively engage with the R&D Team to improve the product.

    A person must have market linkage & work under different traders and should be able to do manual testing of grains.

    Qualification and Experience & Compensation:

    1. Minimum 5 years of experience in a relevant field

    2. Graduate in agriculture sciences & MBA in Marketing

    3. Experience in doing market research in the agricultural domain

    4. Experience in business development and sales

    5. Sound knowledge of agricultural market functioning and supply chain

    6. Ability to find the lead/connection in the market as per the team’s requirement

    7. Cultural: Take ownership and initiatives collaborative, open to feedback.

    8. Analytical Mindset: Ask the right questions and use the data to make decisions

    9. Communication skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
