Key Responsibilities:

✅ Field Advisory & Farmer Support – Guide farmers on soil health, crop nutrition, and pest management.
✅ Product Demonstration & Trials – Conduct field trials to evaluate the effectiveness of agri-inputs.
✅ Training & Awareness – Organize farmer meetings, workshops, and demonstrations.
✅ Sales Support – Assist the sales team with technical inputs, product recommendations, and field visits.
✅ Data Collection & Analysis – Monitor crop performance, gather field data, and generate reports.
✅ Liaison with Dealers & Distributors – Build strong relationships with key stakeholders in the agri-input ecosystem.

Qualifications & Experience:

Education: B.Sc./M.Sc. in Agriculture, Agronomy, or a related field.
Experience: 3-4 years in agronomy, field extension, or agri-input advisory.
Skills: Field trials, soil health management, pest control, farmer training, and strong communication.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 – ₹600,000.00 per year
