Position: Regional Business Manager

Years of experience: 8 + Years

Location:: Bengaluru/ Davanagere and Aurangabad

These are sales positions, and hence travel is of the essence. Timings are as per travel.

Monday – Saturday

Timings: 9 am to 6 pm.

Role Description

The Regional Business Manager will be responsible for overseeing the business activities of the region, developing and implementing business plans, and identifying new business opportunities to increase sales. Additionally, the candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination with other regions and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Education: B.Sc Agriculture or M.Sc Agriculture
• Experience working on Maize is essential and Vegetables are an added advantage
• 8+ years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of driving sales and business growth
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
• Experience in managing a team and developing business strategies
• Ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities
